Here's How We Got Started
The Beginning
In 1923 the J.S. Braddock Agency began in the the home of Job Braddock in Medford, with two part-time employees.
Resident Vice President
Kathleen M. Scales joined J.S. Braddock Agency in 1974 and ultimately ran the day-to-day operations as Resident Vice President until her retirement in 2022.
Partnership
In 2000 J.S. Braddock Agency joined together with The Barclay Group and John A. Latimer became President.
Producer
In 2002, Thomas J. McLaughlin joined our agency as a Producer and today as Vice President is responsible for Commercial Sales production.
Vice President
Most recently, Timothy S. Latimer assumed the role of Resident Vice President in 2022.

Today, in partnership with The Barclay Group, we have grown to eight offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to become one of the biggest and most trusted Professional Independent Insurance Agents.
